The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lola Beaudoin can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

A Cheerleader

I am seven years younger than Lola. I will never forget this image of Lola. It was at an away football game.

Gardner High vs someone. I don't remember if it was Fitchburg or Leominister or some other worthy opponent of the Wildcats. This was the game that Gerry was hit hard and suffered a concussion. I can remember Lola being at Gerry's side. She was a cheerleader for the Wildcats. I can remember how pretty she was. Since our families were close and I knew Lola, maybe I had a childhood crush on her. The last time I saw her in October 2016 I related that story to her. She laughed.  I remember going to her wedding. My mother saved alot of pictures. I found a picture of her and Gerry coming out of the church. I sent that picture to them and Lola sent the nicest thank you note. I can't thank Lola and Gerry enough for looking after my father's and mother's grave stone at the cemetery on Union Street. They carried on the tradition of their mother-in-law and mother Irene. I will be forever grateful for the love they gave to the Sauter Family. Lola you will be missed and Gerry I will be thinking of you and family at this very difficult time. Love Peter Sauter
