Erika A. Boudreau, 39, of Leominster, formerly of Gardner, died peacefully Tuesday, November 28, 2017, surrounded by her family in her parent’s home, following a long battle with cancer.
She was born in Leominster on June 19, 1978, the daughter of Thomas C. and Norma M. (Gosselin) Boudreau of Gardner.
Erika graduated from Gardner High School with the Class of 1996. In 2001, she received her Associates Degree in Psychology from Mount Wachusett Community College of Gardner.
She was a member of Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner.
Erika was a beautiful woman with a beautiful soul. She truly loved people, and was always willing to help anyone in need. She had such compassion which gave her the innate ability to care for others. She was an animal lover who had rescued numerous cats, always going above and beyond making sure there were safely brought to shelters. Erika’s favorite vacation spot was Disneyworld. She was a huge fan of Country music and loved attending concerts. Erika and her boyfriend Erik loved their New England Patriots and took great pride in being season ticket holders, cheering on TB12. However, above all Erika treasured and adored her family.
Besides her parents, Erika leaves her brother David T. Boudreau and his wife Kelly of Old Orchard Beach, ME; sister, Kimberly M. Vautour and her husband Timothy of Westminster; maternal grandmother, Florence (Richard) Gosselin of Gardner; nieces and nephews, Alison Boudreau and her fiancé Joshua Sundquist, Luke Boudreau, Dylan Boudreau, Jack Vautour and Matthew Vautour; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Erika also leaves her boyfriend, Erik Siponmaa of Leominster.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 7th from the Boucher Funeral Home, Inc., 110 Nichols Street, Gardner with a Mass at 12:00 p.m. in Annunciation Parish/Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, December 7th from 9:30 to 11:30 in the funeral home.
